Advances in loading protocol for chromatography columns significantly expands the productivity and yield using conventional resins. Data outlined in this presentation will model productivity and yield gains from peptides to monoclonal antibodies at the bench scaled to production suites. Buffer savings of up to 70% and 2 to 3X productivity will be presented at bench and pilot scale. Data presented will illustrate the next significant advance in continuous processing.
